The RG series low-frequency cable assemblies (DC-3GHz) are a type of cable components with specific performance and application scenarios. Their frequency coverage clearly includes the DC to 3GHz band, meeting the diverse signal transmission requirements within this frequency range. Common RG series cables include models such as RG178, RG174, RG316, and RG223.
The FlexiRF'S RG low - frequency cables exhibit excellent electromagnetic interference immunity and good flexibility. They are lightweight and possess properties such as high - temperature resistance, moisture resistance, and corrosion resistance.
Product Structure Features
The inner conductors of RG series low - frequency cables are made of multi - strand Silver - coated Copper Clad Steel (SCCS). This material not only ensures excellent electrical conductivity and flexibility but also enhances signal transmission performance and corrosion resistance through the silver - plating process.
Dielectric: Extruded Solid Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). PTFE possesses excellent electrical insulation properties, chemical stability, and high-temperature resistance, which can effectively isolate the conductor from the external environment and reduce signal leakage and interference.
Shield: Constructed with Silver Plated Copper (SPC) braiding. This shielding layer effectively blocks external electromagnetic interference from penetrating the cable interior while preventing internal signal leakage, ensuring stable and intact signal transmission.
Product application
Industrial Electronics Field:
Applied to industrial automation equipment, such as high-frequency signal transmission in sensors, industrial control systems, and monitoring devices, meeting the needs of high-precision control and data acquisition in industrial environments.
Communication Field:
Used for production testing of communication devices (such as mobile phones, WiFi modules, GPS modules, as well as signal connection between antennas and modules. It ensures stable signal transmission in the DC-3GHz frequency band for wireless communication equipment.
