Glass Beads

The Glass Beads inner and outer conductors usually adopt 4J29 Kovar alloy, a nickel-iron alloy whose linear expansion coefficient is close to that of glass. The insulator material is low-dielectric sealing glass powde, which has good dielectric constant, dielectric loss and resistivity.

The Glass Beads formed by high-temperature sintering. The inner and outer conductors are made of Kovar alloy material, and the surface is gold-plated. The inner conductor has various termination methods such as gold wire bonding, soldering, and mating insertion.

The Glass Beads has a Kovar body material and ensures an excellent microwave performance with body plating material of Gold.
